1. Ticketing

       After issuing airticket , we can not amend or change the name of passengers any destination. Except the airline allows us to change or amend the booking. There is penality surcharge for amendment. The penality surcharge is depending the condition of airtickets and the policy of airline.

2. Type of ticket

       Electronic ticket - we will send eticket to you by email and you can print out this eticket and use this print eticket for checkin Our company has two systems for making a reservation One is Amadeus system - you can review your reservation and print eticket www.checkmytrip.com Another is Galileo system - you can review your reservation and print eticket www. viewtrip.com Paper ticket will be provided for some airlines and some destinations We will inform you when you make booking.

3. Refund Ticket and Non refund Ticket

       There are both refund ticket and non refund ticket Most of special airfare provide the non refundable ticket and some partial coupons are non refundable. Please kindly recheck the condition of airtickets before you purchase airticket.

4. Refund Receipt

       The refund procedure takes 3-4 months. After we received the refund from airline ,we are able to make a bank transfer to your account only.

5. Delivery airticket

       The delivery airticket cket can be done by our messenger or sending airticket by courrier services.
